Florida!

Gah I should be grading papers right now but nooooo…

Wow so got introduced to this new game called settlers while I was in Florida and it is super addicting!  I used to watch Lisa play and look at her computer and be like whattt that game makes no sense!  To be honest, I guess I still don’t know what I’m doing when I play.  I get the point of the game I guess I just always end up losing haha.  Side note-> I did win my first game ever against the “pros”!!  Ah my moment of glory all but lasted an hour or so…anywho, I play way to much now I’m sure it will get old the more I lose haha…or not.  I’m too competitive to quit right now.  I have beaten the bots b4 but that’s not glorifying enough as to beat Lisa or Charlie. 

Speaking of Florida!!!  What a FUN trip!!  I totally needed a trip like that!  Everything was so awesome!  The car ride was hilarious, from driving 45 minutes or so out of our way because I missed the turn, to Lisa standing up outside the sunroof to check out an accident like my car was a limo!  By the way I so missed my turn because I was having this awesome conversation with my brother for like 30 minutes which I thought was so awesome because I never get the time to chat with him that much…and the next day he called me and was like did I talk to you last night??!!  WHAT!!!  Dangit!  He doesn’t even remember hahahahahah blast.  No wonder he was asking me so many questions I was thinking to myself wow he really misses me!  Haha.  Florida was awesome!  We stopped at Daytona Beach where I proceeded to put suntan lotion everywhere except my stomach!!!  So inevitably my stomach was so burned only after a few hours!  Gah I always burn something the first time I put on a bathing suit for the year.  (which was very scary! Bahaha)  After that we headed to my uncles house by Orlando and they took us out to an amazing dinner at the Contemporary Resort at Disney!  Our drinks had light up ice cubes that made them glow different colors…it was very cool!  The next day was our Disney day!  Basically it was like my first time going (because the other time I went I was like 5 years old) and it was amazing!  We hit 3 parks in 1 day!  The others days in Florida we stayed with an amazing family.  We even had a basket of little necessities on our bed like waters, travel shampoo/conditioner, magazines…so nice!  And wow the food was delicious…we were treated very well there!  Charlie took us out on his boat to wake board, and tube!  Oh and one day TJ taught us how to wake skate and I did it!!!!  [haha Lisa couldn’t get it up but it was really fun to watch each try! ;)]  It was so cool I wish I lived on a lake here so all my friends and I could go out and wakeboard all the time!  Maybe my dad will start letting me bring some friends out to our boat (45 min away) without him!  Haha  probably not.  Charlie’s mom was so nice and hilarious.  They are building a house down the road and she was really struggling with the countertop choice.  It reminded me of my mom when we were building a house and how stressed out she was.  Our last night in Florida Charlie and TJ had friends come over to play settlers with us!  So cool, it was my first real game! Again I won that first one!  Haha my first and only win so far…wah wah.  On the way home we stopped at Tech and I got to meet more of Lisa’s friends from the summer!  Also got to see Brad (ex) and his new house with Dillie!   Overall it was very fun and I wish I knew how to put pictures up so I could post some haha.  

OMG how could I forget!  I also thought I learned to speak Spanish because of TJ's "that was easy" in Spanish button.  I could not stop saying esto es facil!!  Or however you spell it...hilarioussssssss I think I talked with an accent the whole way home (sorry Lisa)  but it made for some great ab workouts from laughing!  :)
